Cake Flavors

We make our cakes with care and expertise from excellent ingredients, Belgian and French chocolates and real fruits. We make our own jams, soft jellies, hazelnut and pistachio pralines from the finest products. We work with several types of spongecake - we also have softer and crisper, meringue sponges, which appear as an extra texture in some of our cakes.

You can order our cakes from these cake flavors. The order time is usually at least 3-4 days, but we also keep a permanent stock in our store, which can change depending on demand. For those cakes where we have to prepare the decorations in advance so that they dry, we will indicate separately the lead time you can order. In the case of tiered cakes, we recommend the more stable cakes at the bottom.

FUDGY CHOCOLATE

Our very chocolate chocolate cake. Belgian 60% chocolate based cake with thick, real brownie sponge cake and creamy dark chocolate ganache. Not bitter, not too sweet, we recommend it to those who like very chocolate flavour. As it is a fairly solid cake, we recommend this for the lowest level in the case of a layer cake.

SUPER ROYAL

If you like our fudgy chocolate cake, you won't be disappointed with this one either. In the dense 60% dark chocolate ganache filled between the brownie sponges, we even added colorful sugar fondant dots, which not only makes the cake visually exciting, but also provides a more complex taste. If you like marzipan chocolate, choose this one

RAINBOW

Our most colorful cake, the children's favorite! We spread the colored sponge cakes thinly with home-made strawberry jam and fill them with vanilla flavoured buttercream, so that the exciting sight of the colored sponges becomes the highlight of the cake. This is a medium heavy cake, it can handle maximum a lighter cake.

Light and summery taste. Soft white sponge cakes are filled with luscious strawberry mousse and soft strawberry jelly. Light cake, in the case of a layer cake, can only be at the top level.
Erdei bogyós mousse torta íz

RED BERRY MOUSSE

Real fruit bomb – light cream mousse cake made of strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and red currants, layered with soft red berry fruit jelly.  This is a light cake, on tiered cake only the top tier can be.

Not to be missed! Juicy brownie and crunchy toasted hazelnut meringue sponge cake with Nutella cream and plenty of Nutella. As it is a fairly massive cake, we recommend this for the lowest level in the case of a layer cake.

SALTY CARAMEL

It’s simply irresistible! Soft sponge cakes are filled with caramel mascarpone whipped cream with a little sea salt, then layered with milk chocolate caramel. Light cake, in the case of a layer cake, can only be the top level.

Not just the kids favorite. White sponge cake smeared with Belgian chocolate, with caramelized hazelnut layered with light white chocolate flavoured mascarpone cream and soft caramel. Light cake, in the case of a layer cake, can only be the top level.

OREO

A classic favourite. The Belgian chocolate brownie sponges are filled with vanilla white chocolate mascarpone cream and sprinkled with chopped pieces of OREO cookies. In the case of a tiered cake, we recommend the middle or upper tier.
