We can now make your favorite chocolate cake gluten- and lactose-free! Belgian, 60% chocolate-based cake with dense, gluten-free brownie sponge cake and thick, creamy lactose-free dark chocolate ganache. Not bitter, not too sweet, we recommend it to those who like dark chocolate. Since it is quite a massive cake, we recommend this for the bottom tier in the case of a tiered cake.
Our gluten-free sponge cake is made from potato starch, tapioca starch, corn starch, buckwheat flour, rice flour and xanthan gum.
