It is important for us to have gluten-free and vegan cakes in our offer. Our basic principle is that the cakes should not only be beautiful, but also really delicious, even if they are gluten-free and vegan, which is why we learned how to make them from the world’s best vegan confectioners.
We make our gluten-free cakes from almond, hazelnut or pistachio flour, or from our own gluten-free flour mixture. Our own flour mix consists of potato starch, tapioca starch, corn starch, buckwheat flour, rice flour and xanthan gum. For sweetening, we use the Zùsto product, which is a unique and healthy combination of prebiotic and vegetable fibers (including polydextrose, chicory and corn fibers) and sweeteners (erythritol, isomalt and sucralose). We use vegan Belgian chocolate, fruit purees, vegetable fats and soy milk for our vegan cakes.
