Macarons are also considered the jewels of confectioners, because their preparation requires great expertise. Its gorgeous colors, crunchy texture on the outside and explosively intense flavor on the inside make it a truly exciting dessert.
We were among the first to start making macarons here, which we learned directly from the most famous French confectioner, Pierre Hermé. Our macarons are gluten-free (exc. Oreo flavour) and made exclusively from almond, hazelnut, pistachio, coconut or black sesame flour. Our fillings are based on Belgian white chocolate ganache (not buttercream), and we cook our soft fruit jellies ourselves from real fruits. We are proud to have won several competitions with our macarons.
