Winner of the” Dessert of Budapest 2023″ competition
Our pastry shop is located in the heart of Budapest, where the sparkling nightlife takes place. That is why our Revue cake was inspired by music and dance, and of course the sultry summer evenings. The crunchy texture of the croquant praline is the lively dance, the black sesame is the exotic, the organic Madagascar chocolate is a touch of luxury, while the fruits mean freshness to us in this dessert.
We filled black currant jam between two black sesame sponge cakes, layered them with crunchy milk chocolate praline and Madagascar organic dark chocolate ganache, then topped with tonka bean flavoured blueberry-black currant mousse. The top of the cake is crowned with a mini macaron, filled with milk chocolate caramel and decorated with edible gold. Gluten-free cake.
